Okumikawa Distillery is an experiential distilling facility based on the themes of “nature” and “beauty.”
Here you can observe the essential oil distillation process, create various aromatic products, or experience a Japanese cypress leaf footbath.
The sight of essential oils being extracted little by little right in front of you from the leaves and branches of Japanese cypress or Japanese cedar grown in Okumikawa is really incredible and fascinating! Spend a unique time enveloped in the fragrance of dense forests.
After the experience is over, how about taking a break at the adjoining shop and café while listening to the murmur of the Itajiki River?
Try herb teas, veggie-packed lunches, and other menu items that your body will love, refreshing you from the inside out.
