Call center operators are available to provide interpretation via phone at tourism facilities, hotels, restaurants and so on within Aichi Prefecture.

Cost: Free (Smartphone or other communication device in addition to a Wi-Fi connection or a data plan is required.)

Supported Languages: English,Chinese,Korean,Thai,Vietnamese,Tagalog,Spanish,Portuguese,and French

Consumer Hotline for Tourists

National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (NCAC)

The Consumer Hotline for Tourists offers telephone consultation that overseas visitors to Japan can use if they experience consumer issues while visiting Japan.

Feel free to call this hotline if you encounter consumer issues involving stores, restaurants, bars, transportation, or lodging during your visit!
